Keen to show that it’s not just football teams releasing new clobber, SportLocker are proud to reveal images of the new French Rugby Federation national team kits for the 2011/12 season!

And as per usual, Nike have unveiled kits full of technology.

The jerseys are engineered to improve athlete performance; with an innovative tight fit design to aid movement and Nike Dri-FIT technology to keep players cool and comfortable on the pitch.

The home kit draws inspiration from the jerseys worn by the French Rubgy team for two famous victories over the All Blacks in 1999 and 2007.

And from the look of these pictures, SportLocker certainly wouldn’t mess with the boys in royal and dark blue!

Both kits also feature the motif ‘France’ on the inside of the shirts, a tricolour trim and a 3D grip zone on the chest to enhance ball grip.

The alternative kit is white and sky blue, and uses the same asymmetric blending of colours as the home kit to create a shirt that is sleek in its design.

The complete collection will be available to buy from 1st August 2011 and fans can pre-order from today. Visit www.nikestore.com/rugby
