Yesterday, we brought you a video of Wesley Sneijder talking about ‘The Perfect Strike’ – as part of the Nike T90 Laser IV themed Strike Counter.
And today Sport-locker.net is excited to present this video of AC Milan and Brazil star Alexandre Pato talking about what he feels makes for that memorable goal.
Pato is set to play in the Champions League tonight against BATE Borisov and he’ll don the Laser IV, a boot which he expresses in the video as making up to 80% of his game!
He describes the perfect strike as: “A perfect strike depends on the moment within the game. How close to the goal I am, or which side of the field I receive the ball. The most important thing is hitting the back of the net. It’s great to score a spectacular goal, but a tap in is good, too, they all count.”
So if you think you’ve notched a goal that even Pato would be proud of (so that includes tap-ins), make sure you head to the Nike Facebook page (www.facebook.com/nikefootball) and add it to the Strike Counter!
How do you rate Alexandre Pato? Fancy him joining a Premier League side in the near future? Let us know in the comments section below or on our Twitter and Facebook pages.
