Another week of Premier League action and that means another week of goals, assists and Fantasy Football Boots brought to you exclusively by Sport-locker.net. 

As a little reminder for you…

Each week, Sport-locker.net will keep a running table of which boots are scoring the most goals and which are making the most assists as well as collating the two to reveal the Premier League’s most prolific and most creative football boot.

Three points will be rewarded for each goal scored while there is one on offer for every assist.

This week’s big winner is the adidas adiPower Predator with an impressive points haul of  38 made up of 11 goals and five assists.

Manchester City hit man Edin Dzeko made a seamless footwear transition from adiPURE to adiPower Predator scoring twice and setting up another in the table topper’s 6-1 demolition of neighbours United at Old Trafford.

Robin Van Persie also bagged a brace as Arsenal saw off Stoke City at the Emirates Stadium while there were goalscoring contributions for Predator from Mauro Formica, Bryan Ruiz, Louis Saha, Jack Rodwell, Jamie O’Hara and Joe Allen.

Good week too for Nike and their CTR 360 II with Old Trafford proving particularly fruitful.

Twice Manchester City duo Mario Balotelli and James Milner combined to breach the United defence with Micah Richards also registering on the assist list.

The arrival of Royston Drenthe has also given the Maestri a boost with the Everton loanee scoring one and making another as Everton picked up a 3-1 win over Fulham at Craven Cottage.

But there was no change at the top of the Fantasy Football Boots table with the adidas F50 still reigning supreme courtesy of 15 more points.

Stephen Sessegnon, Heidar Helguson, David Silva and Craig Bellamy all hit the back of the net while there were creative contributions from Sessegnon, Silva and Norwich City’s Anthony Pilkington.

The Puma collection all performed well this week with a combined haul of 18 points comprising five goals and three assists.

Two goals apiece for the V1.11 (Paul Scharner and Sergio Aguero) and the King Finale (Kevin Doyle and Jonas Olsson) while there was another for the Powercat courtesy of Stoke City’s Peter Crouch.

Add to that a double assist from Powercat wearer Chris Brunt (who also missed a penalty kick) and Puma can be proud of their weekend’s work.

The adidas adiPURE endured what can only be described as a disastrous off weekend as it failed to register a single point.

The Umbro Stealth Pro leapt up a place thanks to a goal from Grant Holt against Liverpool and one of each from Danny Graham for Swansea City.
