There is serious hype mounting in the football boot world around the release of the adidas Predator LZ (Lethal Zones) football boots – and tonight Sport-locker.net can reveal the third zone: the ‘sweet spot’.

Designed to generate greater spin and pace when striking the ball, the sweet spot follows the ‘first touch’ and ‘drive’ zones as adidas continue their awesome tease release campaign ahead of the official launch next month.

It’s a mystery as to why adidas didn’t have Xavi wearing them during El Clasico on Saturday, but those eagle-eyed of you would have spotted both Nani and Samir Nasri bagged a goal each wearing these bad boys for their respective Manchester clubs!

The adidas Predator LZ football boots will feature five innovative zones focused on first touch and control.

The third zone revealed by adidas is the larger surface area on the medial side of the boot which aims to improve all aspects of striking the ball.

The base is connected with raised 3-D ribs to create an enhanced contact time on the ball.
