Are you trying to tell me that these shoes – WITHOUT SPIKES – are going to keep me upright when I play winter golf in Cork Golf Club, Little Island, Co. OK, so – I got a pair from their UK web site and I have to say these are really, really comfortable.
As far as water (weatherproof) goes… Well, I wore goretex socks, but to tell you the truth, playing this past Saturday in 40 degree wet wasn’t really that bad. I did have a tendency to slip more than normal playing out of the rough, but on the fairway, tee boxes and greens these were fine.
They’re still a bit stiff, the soles are hard as rocks, but the are way up there on the cool factor.
