Nike’s campaign ‘The Chance’ is very much in full flow now, with the likes of Pep Guardiola and Rio Ferdinand having already picked their ‘First Find’ players.

And today, Sport-locker.net bring you these insightful videos showing you what happened when Laurent Blanc turned up at an amateur match to scout youngsters.

Of the 100 players who are chosen for each national final, three will progress to the global finals in Barcelona where 16 unsigned footballers will be selected to form an elite squad that will travel the world, training with the world’s best professional teams and playing against the most prominent academy sides.

Tobi Amokeodo and Titi Accam, two of last year’s winners, are playing full-time in the Premier League-affiliated Nike Academy, whilst a third, Tom Rogic, has recently signed a contract with Central Coast Mariners, an Australian A-League club – showing that The Chance has an impressive track record!
