Premier League Fantasy Football Boots 2011/12: Week 27

Another week of Premier League action and that means another week of goals, assists and Fantasy Football Boots brought to you exclusively by

As a little reminder for you…

Each week, will keep a running table of which boots are scoring the most goals and which are making the most assists as well as collating the two to reveal the Premier League’s most prolific and most creative football boot.

Three points will be rewarded for each goal scored while there is one on offer for every assist.

It was business as usual for our table topping adidas F50 adiZeros again sweeping the board this gameweek with six goals (Djibril Cisse, Ivan Klasnic, Junior Hoilett (2), Luke Moore and Hatem Ben Arfa and four assists (Shaun Wright-Phillips, Wayne Routledge and two from Luis Suarez.)

But this week we are tipping our Fantasy Football Boot hat to Nike’s Mercurial Vapor III which proved to be the most creative boot of the weekend with five assists.

Three of which came at the Emirates Stadium on Monday night courtesy of Theo Walcott (2) and Gabriel Obertan. And that wasn’t the end of Arsenal’s influence on the success of the Vapor with loanee Ryo Miyaichi teeing up Ivan Klasnic for Bolton Wanderers.

There was a coming together of Vapor magic with Chelsea duo Juan Mata and Didier Drogba teaming up to score the goal that saw off Stoke City while Nicklas Bendtner was the other scorer  with the winner for Sunderland against Liverpool.

Performance of the gameweek snuck through the door as it slammed shut on Tuesday night with Steven Gerrard inspiring Liverpool to victory scoring all three goals in a 3-0 Merseyside derby win over Everton at Anfield wearing adidas Predators.

Former Rangers frontman Nikica Jelavic announced his arrival in te Premier League with his first Everton goal wearing a pair of Nike Tiempo enough to see off Tottenham Hotspur assisted by Puma King SL wearer Leon Osman.

Another good gameweek for Umbro and Norwich City’s GT Pro II wearing duo Simeon Jackson and Wes Hoolahan combining to open the scoring for the Canaries against Wigan Athletic on Sunday.
