Premier League Fantasy Football Boots 2011/12: Week 36

Another week of Premier League action and that means another week of goals, assists and Fantasy Football Boots brought to you exclusively by

As a little reminder for you…

Each week, will keep a running table of which boots are scoring the most goals and which are making the most assists as well as collating the two to reveal the Premier League’s most prolific and most creative football boot.

Three points will be rewarded for each goal scored while there is one on offer for every assist.

In a week when the adidas Predator Lethal Zones were unleashed, Arsenal hitman Robin Van Persie celebrated both the release and winning PFA Player of the Year with a double against Norwich City at the Emirates Stadium.

Perhaps the most significant goals of the week were scored by Puma V1.11 wearer Yaya Toure whose brace against Newcastle United ensured that Manchester City’s fate remains in their own hands as they go into the season finale knowing that if they match the result of neighbours United then the title is all theirs.

A second contender for most significant goal of the gameweek  comes from adidas Predator adiPower wearing Wigan Athletic defender Antolin Alcaraz whose headed finish in the dying stages at Ewood Park on Monday night served the dual function of relegating Blackburn Rovers and ensuring the Latics’ safety.

Find out how all the other boots are faring with the Fantasy Football Boots League Table. **
