Sport-locker.net can reveal that the Barclays Manager and Player of the Month awards for November have been announced…
Marouane Fellaini won the Barclays Player of the Month award for November.
The Belgian international scored four times during the month as Everton continued their impressive start to the season.
Commenting on the award, Fellaini said: “I am very happy [with the award] but the most important thing is the team. Everybody wants to play in the Champions League, so everyone is working hard and at the end of the season we want to be in the top four.”
Steve Clarke was the deserved winner of the Barclays Manager of the Month award for November just six months after he was given his first senior job in management.
His West Bromwich Albion side took 12 points out of a possible 15 during the month, including a memorable 2-1 victory over former club Chelsea.
Speaking about the award, Clarke said: “It is a good reward for a good month in November. I am the one that picks the award up but it is obviously the hard work of the staff and the players that earned it. The players were exceptional.”
