Premier League Fantasy Football Boots 2011/12: Week 5

As a little reminder for you…

Each week, Sport-locker.net will keep a running table of which boots are scoring the most goals and which are making the most assists as well as collating the two to reveal the Premier League’s most prolific and most creative football boot.

Three points will be rewarded for each goal scored while there is one on offer for every assist.

After a big midweek launch it was very much a case of two good two bad for Nike’s brand new T90 Laser IV at Old Trafford.

One goal apiece for Wayne Rooney and Fernando Torres made for a perfect script before a slippery penalty spot and one of the worst misses of all time added an unexpected twist to the tale.

A new addition to the league table this week is Under Armour’s Hydrastrike thanks to the good work of Fulham striker Bobby Zamora who scored one and made one against Manchester City.

Intriguing boot spot of the week comes courtesy of Queens Park Rangers striker Dudley (DJ) Campbell who found the net wearing a pair of Adidas adiZero RS7 Pro Rugby boots.

Elsewhere in the Premier League, Nike’s Mercurial Vapor had an impressive outing with goals from Gervinho, Marouane Chamakh, Gabriel Agbonlahor, Luka Modric and Scott Sinclair.

Serial boot changer, Mikel Arteta, once of adidas F50 adiZero and seen wearing Puma V1.11s already this season, scored his first Arsenal goal wearing a pair of sparkling white Puma King Finale against Blackburn Rovers.

After weeks of secrecy wearing a blacked out pair of V1.11s, Sergio Aguero finally signed on the dotted line and sealed the deal with a dazzling brace against Fulham.

Find out how all the other boots are faring with the  Sport-locker.net Fantasy Football Boots League Table. **

Greetings! I know this is somewhat off topic but I was wondering which
blog platform are you using for this site? I’m getting tired of WordPress because I’ve had issues with hackers
and I’m looking at options for another platform. I would be great if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.
